Project Staffing
TradeSTAR specializes in working with installation contractors to provide short or long-term project staffing. This allows our clients to meet fluctuating personnel requirements while helping better manage costs of doing business.
With over 15 years of experience in the industry, we understand the budget, time, and manpower constraints you face on each project and are capable of meeting the changing needs of our clients.
TradeSTAR is responsible for payment of wages, employment taxes, and providing workers' compensation insurance. Upon project completion, candidates may be released back to TradeSTAR or moved to a new project.
HIRING CONVERSIONS
Should you find that one of the employees provided by TradeSTAR is a good fit for your internal team, you may have the option to hire the employee directly. Candidates remain as employees of TradeSTAR for a defined period and then may be offered a full-time position with client company.
